By helping to calm the nervous system and tap into the subconscious mind, conscious connected breathwork can help provide a calm and clear head to help you manage life’s challenges. By using specific breathing patterns, this can shift your emotional state and allow tension and suppressed emotions to surface for integration in a safe supportive environment.


What happens at the workshop?
During this 2 hour workshop you will be guided through the breathwork techniques that can help to release stored tension, trapped emotions and calm an anxious brain.
Facilitators may also use body mapping and affirmations to reinforce positive beliefs and dissolve negative thought patterns. Sessions may include gentle movements and sound, such as toning and music, which help to release tension and improve energy flow throughout the body.
Every session is different, the most important thing is to relax and trust in the breath.
Is it for everyone?
Breathwork can be a powerful practice so may not be suitable for everyone. Certain adjustments may be required for some people.
