The 4 week Stress Management and Resilience Programme is designed to equip teams and individuals with the knowledge and tools to manage stress, anxiety and overwhelm in the workplace and at home for improved physical, mental and emotional health.

This programme combines science-backed education with practical breath training to give your team lasting stress management skills.

Beginning with a 90-minute workshop that includes personalised breath analysis, participants learn evidence-based techniques to balance their nervous system and build resilience. Weekly hour-long sessions provide guided practice and audio resources for daily use, progressively developing skills that improve energy, focus, and stress management.
