Hi I’m Susie

A Naturopathic Nutritional Therapist and Transformational Breath® Facilitator Intern.

I have a particular interest in supporting those with anxiety, stress and overwhelm and I also help clients with a range of issues from weight loss, fatigue, hormone imbalances to autoimmune conditions.

I provide bespoke holistic support packages for individuals, focussed on nutrition, breath work, and wider influences on health and wellbeing.

Working together we will aim to identify the root causes of your symptoms, and work with the healing power of nature to identify the right food and lifestyle interventions for you, supporting the body's inherent powers of recovery.

I also use simple breathwork techniques to give you the tools to manage your own day to day mental and physical wellbeing.

Our busy lives mean that many of us are permanently in a flight or fight state. The breath is a powerful tool to help balance the nervous system and bring calm to the body and mind.

I am currently training in Transformational Breath® which is a gentle, simple technique that will help you open up your breathing for better physical and emotional wellbeing.

  • Simple breathwork techniques to calm the nervous system.

  • 4 x 30 minute fortnightly online follow up sessions.

  • 1 x 1 hour final review and summary of progress (in person or online).

  • Ongoing instant messaging support for the duration of your programme.
